Bilimora Vibhag Kelavani Mandal (BVKM), Bilimora is one of the leading educational trusts in South Gujarat, dedicated to promoting quality education and social development. Established in 1957, BVKM has been serving the community with dedication for nearly seven decades. Founded with the noble vision of making quality education accessible to all, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, or economic background, the BVKM has played a pioneering role in laying a strong educational foundation in Bilimora and the surrounding region.

The journey of BVKM was marked by the visionary generosity of the late Sheth Manchersa Burjorji Mengushi, whose invaluable donation of land laid the foundation for the development of the present educational campus. Inspired by his noble gesture, many philanthropists, donors, trustees, educationists, and well-wishers extended their wholehearted support in strengthening BVKM and expanding its educational initiatives. Their collective vision, generosity, and unwavering commitment transformed the campus into a vibrant centre of learning and laid a strong foundation for its continued growth and service to society.

Today, Shrirang Shikshan Mahavidyalay is one of the constituent institutions managed by Bilimora Vibhag Kelavani Mandal. BVKM presently manages eight other educational institutions on the same campus, offering quality education from pre-primary to postgraduate and research programmes. This integrated educational ecosystem reflects the BVKM ‘s enduring commitment to academic excellence and holistic development.

Situated in the serene surroundings of Mengushi Park, with the Kaveri River flowing alongside the campus, the institutions provide an ideal environment for teaching, learning, research, and the all-round development of students.

Over the years, BVKM has continuously expanded its educational initiatives to meet the changing needs of society. Along with conventional programmes, it has introduced professional, technical, and self-financed courses to prepare students for the challenges of the modern world. BVKM firmly believes in nurturing academic excellence, ethical values, social responsibility, innovation, and lifelong learning.

Guided by the ideals of service, inclusiveness, and educational excellence, Bilimora Vibhag Kelavani Mandal continues to make a significant contribution to the educational, cultural, and social development of South Gujarat.
